The trail to this remote valley left untouched by civilizations enter from near Chame, on the trail of popular Annupurna trek. Exploring the valley to the north, visiting Phu village situated on the edge, we travel south to Nar Village. The valley along with the Thoche village is surrounded by Peri Himalaya to the north, Gangla and Kangguru to the east and Damodar Himalaya to the west. Despite the prosperity of the other area in Manang, people in this valley have remained untouched until now. Their dialect is different from others and they have not left their nomadic tradition. There are three Buddhist monasteries dedicated to Nyingmapa sect. Nar Phu & Thoche valley is the closest area that pre Budhist tradition, culture and rituals are still in tact. The trek passes through Meta, Phugaun, Chako, Kang La, Manang, Muktinath finally ends in Jomsom from where we fly back to Pokhara.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 06: Trek to Bagarchap (1430m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 07: Trek to Koto (2600m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 08: Trek to Meta (3374m) 6 hrs Tented Camp (B.L.D)
Day 09: Trek to Kayang (3740m) 5 hrs Tented Camp (B.L.D)
Day 10: Trek to Phu Gaun (4050m) 6 hrs Tented Camp (B.L.D)
Day 11: Trek to Phu (4050m) Tented Camp (B.L.D)

Day 18: Trek to Manang (3500m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 19: Trek to Letdar (4176m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 20: Latdar to Thorung Phedi (4404m) 5 ½ hrs (B.L.D)
Day 21: Thorong Phedi to Muktinath(3800m) cross Thorong La (5416m) Pass 7 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 22: Muktinath to Jomsom (2710m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 23: Fly to Pokhara Transfer to hotel. (B)
Day 24: 7 hrs drive to Kathmandu. (B)
Day 25: Flight to onward destination.
