The IP trail is a memorable blend cultural, Himalayan views and scenic landscape. The trial boasts spectacular mountain views including the unique Himalayan panoramas from sailung offering one of Nepal’s few unimpeded Himalayan panoramas of the entire 400km Himalayan range including the Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh, Langtang, Jugal, Rolwaling, Everest and Kanchejunga Himal ranges. It is against this magnificent Himalayan backdrop has visitors are welcomed into the culture life style of Indigenous communities including Sherpa, Newar, Thami, Tamang, Yolmo and Majhis. The two predominant Nepali Religions, Hinduism and Buddhism, are ever present with a variety of Gods and Goddess, Temples, Stupas, Monasteries and sacred Caves.
Trip Itierary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Guided tour in Kathmandu and preparation for trek (B)
Day 03: Drive to Dhunge and start trek to Thulo Sailung. Overnight at Community Lodge nearby Kholakharka (3146m) 7 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 04: Acclimatize at Kholakharka. This day enjoy sunrise and morning views of the Himalaya panorama from Thulo sailung while also visiting sano sailung sacred caves, Tiger rocks, Chhortens and Rajveer Gompa and forest after lunch evening Sherpa cultural programmed. Overnight at Community Lodge Kholakharka. (B.L.D)
Day 05: Kholakharka to Surkey (1850m) 5 hrs overnight at home stay. (B.L.D)
Day 06: Surkey to Doramba (2025m) 4 hrs overnight at home stay. (B.L.D)
Day 07: Doramba to Khandadevi (1985m) 4 ½ hrs overnight at home stay. (B.L.D)
Day 08: Khandadevi to Hiledevi (1980m) 4 hrs overnight at Monastery lodge. (B.L.D)
Day 09: Hiledevi to Lubughat (533m) 4 hrs overnight at home stay. (B.L.D)
Day 10: Lubughat to Nepalthok and drive to Kathmandu (B.L)
Service Cost Includes:
- Airport pickup and drop off by our private vehicle
- Katmandu hotel on twin sharing bb basis
- Necessity permits and entrance fees
- Three meals a day during trekking breakfast, lunch and dinner.
