Langtang is towards the north of the Kathmandu Valley and just south of the Tibetan boarder. Langtang trek the first stop will be Dhunche (117km) from Kathmandu. You drive to Dhunche in Rasuwa district and the road continues to Syabrubesi from where any trek in Ganesh Himal and Langtang can be started. Most of the trekking routes in Langtang are well served with teahouses, making trekking quite possible. The main ethnic groups here are Sherpa and Tamang whose religious practices, languages and dress are much similar to those of Tibet.The forest in this region have temperate and sub- alpine vegetation. Wildlife includes migratory birds, deer, monkeys, Thar, and Pika. The scenery here is spectacular and the trek is more adventurous.

Day 06: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3500m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 07: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3800m) 3 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 08: Explore at Kyanjin Gompa(B.L.D)
Day 09: Kynjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2480m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 10: Lama Hotel to Syapru Besi (1450m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 11: Drive Sabru Besi to Kathmandu.(B)
