Lobuche East Peak (6145m) is a Nepalese mountain which lies close to the Khumbu Glacier. There are two main peaks, Lobuche Far East and Lobuche East. This is a separate mountain further west. Lobuche East is 26 metres higher. Between the two peaks is a long deeply notched ridge.
The first recorded ascent of Lobuche East was made by Laurence Nielson and Ang Gyalzen Sherpa on 25 April 1984.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Guided tour in Kathmandu and preparation for trek (B)
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2800m) and Trek to Phakding (2640m) 4 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazzar (3440m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 05: Acclimatization at Namche Bazzar (B.L.D)
Day 06: Trek to Thengboche (3800m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 07: Trek to Periche (4200m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 08: Pheriche rest for acclimatization (B.L.D)
Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4900m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5450m) and overnight at Gorakshep (5250m) 7 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 11: Early in the morning trek to Kala Pathar (5545m) And back to Lobuche 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 12: Trek to Lobuche Base Camp.
Day 13: Acclimatization at Base Camp
Day 14: Base Camp to climb High Camp approximately (5200m).
Day 15: High Camp to Summit Lobuche Peak (6119m) and Back to Base Camp.
Day 16: Lobuche Base Camp to Dingboche (4400m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 17: Dingboche to Thengboche 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 18: Thenboche to Namche 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 19: Namache to Lukla 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 21: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. (B)
Day 17: Shopping and rest in Kathmandu. (B)
Day 18: Final departure to Airport (B)
